The Brighton location is over 25 years old and a fixture in wonderful downtown Brighton. Our mission statement says it all - be loose and have fun, run fast to help customers! We mill our flour in house - we are a 100% whole grain bakery. For white flour we use an unbleached, untreated, and unbromated white flour. We use no preservatives and take great pride in the products we produce. We love our community and our amazing customers and would love to serve you.
